IMPORTANT:
Pursuant to Article 62 and 820 of the Maritime Code (Official Gazette 181/04, 76/07 and 148/08) the vessel entering Croatian port must present in advance the photocopies of the following:
- Certificate of Insurance or other financial security in respect of civil liability for Oil pollution damage - only for vessels carrying more than 2.000 tons of oil in bulk as cargo.
- Certificate of Insurance or other financial security in respect of civil liability for bunker Oil pollution damage.
- Certificate of Insurance or other financial security to cover the costs of reporting, locating and wreck removal.
- Certificate of Insurance or other financial security in respect of civil liability for Oil pollution damage - only for vessels carrying more than 2.000 tons of oil in bulk as cargo.

- 3 Stowaway List
- 2 Tobacco/Spirit List
- 3 Store List
