ETA Requirements

  • 72, 48 and 24 hrs ETA for tankers
  • 48 and 24 hrs ETA for all other vessels
  • 48 hrs advanced cargo specification is required for vessels carrying dangerous/noxious cargoes

     Pursuant to Article 62 and 820 of the Maritime Code (Official Gazette 181/04, 76/07 and 148/08) the vessel entering Croatian port must present in advance the photocopies of the following:

    1. Certificate of Insurance or other financial security in respect of civil liability for Oil pollution damage - only for vessels carrying more than 2.000 tons of oil in bulk as cargo. 
    1. Certificate of Insurance or other financial security in respect of civil liability for bunker Oil pollution damage. 
    1. Certificate of Insurance or other financial security to cover the costs of reporting, locating and wreck removal.
